Admission Process

Step-by-Step Enrollment Guide

We aim to make the admission process smooth, transparent, and accessible for every parent and student. Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure a hassle-free enrollment experience at our institution.

Step 1: Inquiry and Campus Visit

Prospective parents and students are encouraged to visit the school campus to get an overview of our facilities, teaching methodologies, and academic environment. Walk-ins are welcome during office hours or by prior appointment.

Step 2: Application Form Submission

Collect the application form from the school office or download it from our official website. Fill in all required fields carefully and submit it along with the necessary documents such as:

  • Recent passport-size photographs
  • Birth certificate or age proof
  • Previous academic records
  • Transfer Certificate (if applicable)

Step 3: Entrance Assessment / Interaction

Based on the grade applied for, the student may be required to take an entrance assessment or attend a basic interaction session. This helps us understand the child’s academic readiness and learning needs.

Step 4: Review & Shortlisting

The school’s admission committee will review the application form, documents, and assessment results. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via phone or email within a few working days.

Step 5: Final Admission & Fee Payment

Once selected, parents will receive an official admission offer letter. Admission is confirmed only after the payment of the required fees within the stipulated time frame.

Important Notes

  • Incomplete forms or missing documents may delay the process.
  • Admissions are subject to seat availability and school discretion.
  • Early applications are encouraged to secure your child’s seat.

Our team is available to assist you throughout the process. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

We look forward to welcoming your child to our school family.
